As one of the top producing agents in the Greater Kansas City area, most of my business comes from referrals. I’m very fortunate to have a strong referral-based business with 94% of my buyers and sellers being referred directly to me by a past client. I believe this speaks volumes to the positive experiences that my clients have while working with me to buy or sell their homes -- they trust me to take care of their friends and family. As a licensed Realtor in both Missouri and Kansas since 2004, I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes in the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas. I have extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate, from existing and new homes to townhomes, condos and lofts.Prior to discovering my passion for real estate, I worked at Cerner Corporation after earning a BS in Computer Science. I use my background to help my team leverage technology to make the buying and selling processes easier on my clients. For example, relocating buyers are often in town for a short house hunting trip, then head back home to pack and prepare for their move. We use digital signature software on our contracts so that our buyers don't have to print, sign, and scan/fax paperwork back and forth. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Keller Williams Realty KC North office, the largest real estate office in the Kansas City Northland. As a real estate trainer and mentor for our company, I am able to help other agents improve their customer service, technology skills and real estate practices in general. Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate company in the United States, which provides a vast distribution network of Realtors that greatly assists me with clients relocating to and from our city. I have worked with several local Kansas City companies including Cerner, Ford, General Motors, BNSF, and the United States Army, to help clients purchase and sell their homes. I have lived in Kansas City my entire life, and my passion for our city shows in my practice. I'm very familiar with the area (daycares, schools, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, family events, gyms, parks, etc.).
